1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or read from your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs and technical identifiers.

2. Technical and preference technologies

Atendy uses technical and preference storage necessary for the requested service, exempt from consent. Supabase session/authentication local storage keeps you signed in and protects account access for the session or while you remain logged in. Security identifiers prevent unauthorised access and protect forms. Preferences remember interface and configuration settings, including language and analytics consent (local key atendy_cookie_consent, one year or until deleted).

3. Analytics, only with consent

Public atendy.es pages use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand and improve website use. It loads only if you select Accept in the first-visit banner. Reject loads no Analytics and sets no analytics cookies. The private panel, embedded widget, login and signup pages have no analytics. Consent is renewed after one year. Withdrawal stops analytics, deletes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain and reloads the page.

_ga distinguishes visitors pseudonymously; _ga_* maintains measurement-session state. Both belong to Google and last up to 13 months. Google may transfer data outside the EEA using the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses as applicable; see the Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party resources

Fonts are served from our own servers: loading them does not disclose data to an external font provider or install cookies. Other providers are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Manage or withdraw consent

Use the button below to reopen the banner and choose again. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking necessary technologies may prevent account access or functions from working.

Browser settings: Chrome — Privacy and security / Third-party cookies; Safari — Privacy; Firefox — Privacy & Security; Edge — Cookies and site permissions.

6. Changes

We update this policy when the technologies used change. See the Privacy Policy for further personal data information.
