Which version applies

The Spanish texts published at atendy.es are the ones that apply. We have not published an English translation of them yet, and we would rather say so plainly than hand you a translation that might differ from the text you are actually agreeing to. If you need a reviewed translation for a procurement or legal review, write to info@atendy.es.

The terms of service are governed by Spanish law.

Your data protection rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent by writing to info@atendy.es. Write in English if you prefer. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at www.aepd.es.

If your call was handled by an agent belonging to an Atendy customer, that customer decided to use the agent and may be the controller for your data, so your request may need to go to them. Write to us anyway and we will help you work out who to ask.
